The issue.
This was an extremely difficult case inherited by one of our prosthodontists. The anterior teeth were over prepped and had to be built up in order to be restored properly.
The case was done in two ways and in two stages. We first restored all the posterior teeth with monolithic e.max crowns. Once those were inserted, we proceeded with layered e.max crowns for the anterior zone giving us a more aesthetic result.
