This case was restored using six Astra EV implants and two semi-precision attachments making the bridge in three parts. The #13 was also restored with a screw retained implant crown.
A “blueprint” setup was done for VDO aesthetics and incisal level and sent for try-in. Following that, the metal framework was done and sent for try-in and shade selection done at the same time.
This patient wanted a natural aesthetic result – he never had straight teeth, so we added character to the lower anteriors with alignment.
